As seen on Valley Live, an easy recipe for cinnamon rolls, made with Cass-Clay Vanilla Ice Cream!
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir together.
- Pour mixture into bottom of baking dish.
- Place your favorite frozen or refrigerated cinnamon rolls on top and bake as directed on rolls.
- Remove from oven and serve.
If preferred, heat ice cream and brown sugar in saucepan over medium high heat until smooth (soft boil). Pour over rolls as glaze.
