As seen on Valley Live, an easy recipe for cinnamon rolls, made with Cass-Clay Vanilla Ice Cream!

INGREDIENTS

Glazing:

  • 1/2 cup Cass Clay Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Rolls:

  • Frozen or refrigerated cinnamon rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir together.
  2. Pour mixture into bottom of baking dish.
  3. Place your favorite frozen or refrigerated cinnamon rolls on top and bake as directed on rolls.
  4. Remove from oven and serve.

If preferred, heat ice cream and brown sugar in saucepan over medium high heat until smooth (soft boil). Pour over rolls as glaze.
