  • 2 cups KEMPS vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup Cass Clay whole milk
  • 10 drops green food coloring
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Confectioners’ sugar or granulated sugar
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup and/or maraschino cherries for serving (optional)


  • Place the ice cream, milk, food coloring and mint extract in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries, then serve.

Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup cold Cass Clay heavy whipping cream
  • 2 TBSP confectioners’ sugar or granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
