Ingredients:
- 2 cups KEMPS vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup Cass Clay whole milk
- 10 drops green food coloring
- 1/4 tsp mint extract
- Heavy whipping cream
- Confectioners’ sugar or granulated sugar
- Pure vanilla extract
- Chocolate syrup and/or maraschino cherries for serving (optional)
Shake:
- Place the ice cream, milk, food coloring and mint extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries, then serve.
Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup cold Cass Clay heavy whipping cream
- 2 TBSP confectioners’ sugar or granulated sugar
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
