  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup Cass-Clay milk (preferably 2% or whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract (not peppermint)
  • Green food coloring
  • Cass-Clay whipped cream
  • White vanilla frosting
  • Sprinkles
  • Lucky Charms Marshmallows

How to:

  1. Add vanilla ice cream, milk and mint extract into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add a couple drops of the green food coloring and blend again until it is mixed thoroughly.
  3. Rim glasses with frosting and stick marshmallows to rim.
  4. Pour into the glasses and top with whipped cream, sprinkles and more marshmallows if desired!
