INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Cass-Clay Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat a griddle pan on medium heat. Coat with cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter, using 1/3 cup, per pancake onto pan. Cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook until golden.
  4. Serve with butter and syrup, or other toppings.
