Instructions:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together in a blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in almond flour, protein powder, and peanut butter.
  3. After all ingredients are incorporated in the bowl, gently fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy!
