Super-Fast Taco Dip

Have just a few minutes before guests arrive? This is your go-to recipe. Made with Cass-Clay Sour Cream, refried beans and fresh veggies, it has an irresistible bite. So good, in fact, it just might be gone as quickly as it’s prepared.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cass-Clay Sour Cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar of your favorite salsa
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green, red, orange or yellow bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Spread the refried beans onto a 10-inch round serving dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
  3. Spread the sour cream mixture over the refried beans.
  4. Layer on the salsa and top with the shredded lettuce, tomato and onions and optional vegetables, if desired.
  5. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with your favorite taco chips.
  6. Keep covered and refrigerated until served.
