Ingredients:

Filling:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cass Clay sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Cass Clay milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 medium sized peaches pitted and sliced thin

Crumble:

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups rolled old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Glaze:

  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cass Clay heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
