INGREDIENTS 1 Chai tea bag 1/2 cup boiling water 1/2 cup lowfat or fat free Cass-Clay Milk 1-2 teaspoons honey pinch of ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS Heat all ingredients except the vanilla extract in a small saucepan until steaming.
