- Combine pudding, tapioca, milk and vanilla in quart-size or larger microwave-proof container. Microwave on High power for 3 minutes. Stir.
- Microwave for 2 more minutes. Stir again; microwave for 12 minute or until mixture boils.
- Remove from oven. Stir, then set aside to partially cool.
- While pudding is still warm, spoon over fruit in serving dishes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
(Test note: This pudding was very easy to prepare and very tasty. We used vanilla-flavored pudding in testing, but you could use another flavor instead.)
