INGREDIENTS
- 5 scoops Cass-Clay Cookies & Cream ice cream
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 cup Cass-Clay 2% milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 Tbsp Cass-Clay Whipping Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine ice cream, coffee, milk and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two tall glasses. Top with whipping cream.
- Enjoy!
