INGREDIENTS 5 scoops Cass-Clay Cookies & Cream ice cream 2 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled 1 cup Cass-Clay 2% milk 1 cup ice cubes 4 Tbsp Cass-Clay Whipping Cream INSTRUCTIONS In a blender, combine ice cream, coffee, milk and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses. Top with whipping cream. Enjoy!
