Try this tailgating!

INGREDIENTS
  •  ¼ cup Cass-Clay Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  •  ¾ tsp dry tarragon
  • ½ salt
  • 1 cup chilled and chopped chicken
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp chopped toasted walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp chives (+ more for garnish)
  • 24 thawed wonton cups
  • Freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, tarragon, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chicken, celery, cranberries, walnuts, and chives. Stir until coated.
  3. Put a small amount of the chicken salad into each wonton. If desired, garnish with chives and sprinkle with black pepper.
