Apple Dip

  • Sliced apples
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Slice apples ahead of time; dip in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients (cream cheese, sugars and vanilla) together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.

(Test note: This excellent, easy-to-prepare dip is very tasty with apples, but can be used for most any fruit. Kids would even enjoy making this. This recipe is a great take-along for potlucks.)
