- Slice apples ahead of time; dip in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Mix remaining ingredients (cream cheese, sugars and vanilla) together until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate before serving.
(Test note: This excellent, easy-to-prepare dip is very tasty with apples, but can be used for most any fruit. Kids would even enjoy making this. This recipe is a great take-along for potlucks.)
