1 cup Cass-Clay vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup Cass-Clay milk
1/2 teaspoon mint extract (not peppermint)
green food coloring
Cass-Clay whipped cream
Add vanilla ice cream, milk and mint extract into a blender. Blend well.
Add a couple drops of the green food coloring and blend until the dye is mixed thoroughly.
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
