½ cup Cass-Clay sour cream
½ cup Cass-Clay buttermilk
¼ cup parsley, chopped
¼ cup chives, chopped
¼ cup dill, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste


Combine sour cream and buttermilk in a small bowl. Stir in chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine. Serve with food of choice.
