Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cass-Clay® Cottage Cheese
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips
How To:
- Blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together in a blender or food processor.
- Transfer to a large bowl and stir in almond flour, protein powder, and peanut butter.
- After all ingredients are incorporated in the bowl, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
