Ingredients: 

  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/4 cup Cass Clay® half and half
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar

How To: 

Place tea bags in a mug. Heat 1/2 cup water until boiling, then pour over tea bags and let steep 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare espresso and steam half and half. Remove tea bags from mug and stir in espresso and desired amount of sugar. Pour in steamed half and half, topping with a bit of foam.
