Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cass Clay® heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- Espresso powder to serve
- 2 shots espresso
How To:
- To make whipped cream, vigorously whisk heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form–very cold cream and a cold bowl will help you do this faster! Then stir in sugar and vanilla extract.
- To serve affogato, divide ice cream between two small bowls. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with espresso powder. Pour espresso over just before enjoying.
