Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cass-Clay® Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

How To:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and maple syrup together in a blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in almond flour, protein powder, and peanut butter.
  3. After all ingredients are incorporated in the bowl, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Enjoy!
