- 1/2 cup Cass Clay® heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- Espresso powder to serve
- 2 shots espresso
How To:
To make whipped cream, vigorously whisk heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form–very cold cream and a cold bowl will help you do this faster! Then stir in sugar and vanilla extract.
To serve affogato, divide ice cream between two small bowls. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with espresso powder. Pour espresso over just before enjoying.
