Frozen Milkshake Pops

Prep Time: 30 min.
Cook Time: 4+ hrs in freezer
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Cass-Clay® Whole Milk
  • 3 cups of strawberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a dash of salt

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Use a muddler or smash the strawberries to break them up a bit.
  3. In a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) pan, mix the strawberries and sugar together.
  4. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the juices are bubbling and slightly reduced.
  5. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. In a blender, combine the milk, roasted strawberry mixture, vanilla, and salt. Blend until strawberries are in small chunks.
  7. Pour the mixture into 8 ice pop molds.
  8. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until fully frozen & enjoy!
