Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Cass-Clay® Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ oz. Cass-Clay Whole Milk
- 2 oz. toasted marshmallow syrup, divided
- ½ oz. strawberry syrup
- 2 oz. lemonade
- 1 can of Mountain Dew®
- Cass-Clay Half & Half

How To:
- To make cold foam, shake heavy cream, milk, and ½ ounce toasted marshmallow syrup in a jar until smooth and slightly fluffy. Set aside while you build the drink.
- Fill a glass with ice. Add the remaining toasted marshmallow syrup, strawberry syrup, and lemonade.
- Pour in Mountain Dew®, and top with half and half.
- Spoon cold foam over the top to serve.
