Dirty Chai Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/4 cup Cass Clay® half and half
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar

How To:

  1. Place tea bags in a mug. Heat 1/2 cup water until boiling, then pour over tea bags and let steep 4-5 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, prepare espresso and steam half and half
  3. Remove tea bags from mug and stir in espresso and desired amount of sugar
  4. Pour in steamed half and half, topping with a bit of foam
