Ingredients:
- 2 chai tea bags
- 1 shot espresso
- 1/4 cup Cass Clay® half and half
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar
How To:
- Place tea bags in a mug. Heat 1/2 cup water until boiling, then pour over tea bags and let steep 4-5 minutes
- Meanwhile, prepare espresso and steam half and half
- Remove tea bags from mug and stir in espresso and desired amount of sugar
- Pour in steamed half and half, topping with a bit of foam
