Ingredients:
For whipped cream:
- 1/4 cup Cass Clay® heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For whipped coffee:
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee or instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup Cass Clay® milk
How To:
- To make whipped cream, use a hand mixer to whisk the heavy cream in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla extract and blend again briefly to combine. Place in refrigerator while you make the whipped coffee.
- Stir together the instant coffee, hot water, and sugar in a large bowl. Using a clean hand mixer, whisk the mixture until it’s thick and frothy, about 3 minutes
- Add some of the whipped cream to the whipped coffee and stir slightly to make a pretty swirl pattern.
- Add milk to a glass filled with ice
- Scoop creamy whipped coffee mixture on top
- Stir well to mix before sipping!
