Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Cass-Clay® Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
- 1 ½ oz. peppermint syrup
- ½ oz. vanilla syrup
- 1 can of Dr Pepper®
- Cass-Clay Whole Milk
- chocolate shavings
- fresh mint

How To:
- Make whipped cream by whisking heavy cream in a cold metal bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir in sugar and set aside.
- Fill a milkshake glass with ice.
- Add syrups and Dr Pepper®
- Use the back of a spoon to float the desired amount of milk on top of the soda.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh mint.
