Ingredients:

• 1 cup vanilla ice cream
• ¾ cup Cass-Clay® Milk (preferably 2% or whole)
• ½ teaspoon mint extract (not peppermint)
• green food coloring
• whipped cream
• white vanilla frosting
• sprinkles
• Lucky Charms™ marshmallows

How To:

1. Add vanilla ice cream, milk, and mint extract into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add a couple of drops of the green food coloring and blend again until it is mixed thoroughly.
3. Rim glasses with frosting and stick marshmallows to the rim.
4. Pour into the glasses and top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and more marshmallows if desired!
